This is a note to thank you for your wonderful care of my Mom,
Helen Jensen, when she lived in her adult family home in Mukilteo. I found
the office staff to be efficient and caring whenever I had a concern about
Mom’s care.
It was always clear that Mom’s need for comfort was accommodated
right up to her passing. I even got calls back from Betty when she was on
vacation! That is the height of caring.
Betty always took time to talk to me about Mom’s condition and was
quick to get her off of unneeded medications. She took time to share with
Mom about her own personal life as well which makes her an extra special
person. She is warm and loving with her patients and an advocate for them
in all ways.
One of the best things was that Betty came to Mom in her adult
family home and ministered to her needs there. Mom was not mobile and
would have had a great deal of difficulty going to an office. I was called on
the day of the appointment and invited to come as well. I highly
recommend this service for any elderly patient and their family!
