Dr. Margaret Gaines is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Division of Gerontology at the Univ of WA. She joined the practice in 2003 as a consultant. She is board certified in Geriatric Medicine and Palliative Care and has a passion and dedication for serving the frail elderly of our community.

Betty Westfall, owner and manager of In Home Primary Care earned her Master of Nursing from the University of Washington and is certified as an Adult Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP). She earned her Bachelor of Nursing from the University of Wisconsin in 1972. She is on the clinical staff at the U of WA.

Marilyn Borromeo-Wesner is a master’s prepared and board-certified adult and gerontological nurse practitioner at Seattle Pacific University. Her work experience has been focused on taking care of the older population in the community for over 20 yrs. She’s had special training, experience, and been a sub-investigator in clinical trials in movement disorders such as Parkinson’s disease, Essential Tremor, and Restless Leg Syndrome |

Barbara Eisenberg ARNP received her Family Nurse Practitioner Masters of Science from Seattle Pacific University and her undergraduate Nursing training from the University of Washington. She is a native of the Seattle area, is married with two daughters. She enjoys comprehensive and compassionate care for fragile homebound elderly and feels that forming a partnership with patients and their families and caregivers is essential.

Paula Newman-Skomski ARNP received her Family Nurse Practitioner Masters of Science from Graceland University and her undergraduate nursing training from Everett Community College and University of Phoenix. She has lived in Snohomish County for over 30 years and has worked with the elderly community here for most of that time. She is also a certified Forensic Nurse Examiner specializing in the evaluation of victims of interpersonal violence, including abuse and neglect. She believes it is important to form a partnership with patients, their families and caregivers in order to provide comprehensive compassionate care. |

Nikki Guthmiller has been a LPN for 18 years, caring for geriatrics her entire nursing career. Her experience includes nursing homes, assisted living facilities and adult family homes. She currently lives in Monroe with her husband and two daughters.
